The Kyles Coastal Community Group
The Kyles Coastal Community Group are a community of people based in and around the Kyles of Bute, who care about our sea and coast. The group is multi generational with adult and child members.
The group aims to:
- Take the actions available to them to improve the health of the Kyles and Loch Riddon, initially taking steps to address sewage discharge
- Establish what life we have in the Kyles and Loch Riddon, and what there was historically, in order to
understand our sea and how best to care for it. - Support and encourage members of the community to develop sea/coast based low- impact recreational activities, businesses and social enterprise.
