Skye Communities for Natural Heritage (SCfNH) is a local community group which aims to protect the unique and fragile ecosystems of the Isle of Skye and in the surrounding area.

Founded in opposition to plans for environmentally-damaging fish farms, their aim is to raise awareness of the fragility and importance of Skye’s natural heritage and to protect it for generations to come.

North Skye is globally-recognised as a home to rare and protected species such as white-tailed sea eagles, orca, basking sharks, whales, dolphins and hen harriers. SCfNH believe that this wildlife and natural landscape is priceless and must not be bought or sold.
